Data Protection Policy

The law on Data Protection changes in the UK from May 2018. Christ Church’s policy is to conform to the new legislation – the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). What this means is that we will hold and process data about individuals either where necessary and provided for by church law (for instance our Electoral Roll), or having obtained explicit consent from the data subject.

You can give consent for us to store relevant data about you (to allow us to send you information by email, or to administer rotas you may be enrolled on) by filling in a Consent Form (downloadable pdf) or, better, the online version – which also gives some explanation of the data processing we do. Further information is given on our Privacy Notice.
