Good Friday – choir on form . . . .

The choir has presented a meditation in music and words annually on Good Friday for some years, and this year’s offering was a meditation on the crucifixion and death of Christ, and on our own death. Centred around the music of Fauré’s Requiem, it included also a substantial part of Allegri’s Miserere, and the anthem Greater love hath no man, by John Ireland.
